Holiday base for exploring Lindos. Incredible location, delightful views of the bay and excellent staff. Well-maintained and reasonably large rooms with facilities like a safe, central heating and iron/ironing board. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

Beds were a bit hard.

our stay at Villa Koki was incredible. The value for money was unbeatable, with spacious and comfortable rooms, plus a stunning view from our window. The location couldn't have been better, just a minute away from the beach and a short walk to the center. The staff, especially the owner Fedra, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

The only small improvement I can think of is the food for breakfast.

The room was well-maintained, it had a shower and bath sheets. The view of the bay it had was exceptional! Location: the hotel was just off the center of the village, the centre and Lindos.

During my recent stay at Villa Koki Studios in Lindos, I was blown away by the excellent location. It was just a short 2-minute walk downhill to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, it only took me 5 minutes to walk to the center of town, which was a major bonus. The shared balcony/terrace had breathtaking views that I absolutely loved. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially when we ran out of tissue paper. They responded quickly to my request and provided us with extra tissue right away. The cleaners were also very lovely and did a great job.

The room, although smaller than in the photos, had all the essentials I needed. The shower had good water pressure and consistently hot water.

The location of Villa Koki Studios is fantastic, so close to the center and Lindos beaches. The staff are incredibly nice and the room is beautifully maintained. I loved the fabulous views of the bay from the room. The bed was comfortable and the room had useful amenities like an electric kettle, a fridge, and air conditioning.

I had fantastic days staying at this traditional hotel. Everything was great, including pleasant staff and great location close to the center of the village. The room was beautifully maintained, with good bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The location here is fantastic, only a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis of Lindos, and there are plenty of great dining options available.

This hotel is perfect for a family with kids thanks to its location close to the beach and the center of town. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. You can also water the flowers in the morning to help out the lovely owner.

One minor issue is that the windows are quite large and don't have a security mesh, which may make some guests feel uncomfortable leaving them open for ventilation.

Excellent cleanliness, exceptional views and location, friendly and supportive staff, quiet accommodation. Nearby beach, beautiful terrace, comfortable beds, helpful owner. Unit 2 is ideal for families with common area. Free safe and air con with no extra charge. Would book again.

The view from my window was breathtaking, and I enjoyed spending time on the large terrace, watching the sunrise and enjoying a relaxing coffee. The location, just a minute away from the beach, was ideal, and the Acropolis was only an 8-minute uphill walk away. The cleanliness of the room and all the communal areas was excellent, and the staff at Villa Koki Studios were friendly and supportive.

While the shower could be more modern and the wifi was a little slow at times, these minor inconveniences did not detract from my overall experience.
